- Once we have identified the clients risk / reward profile and rationale for investment (defensive wealth preservation, aggressive wealth creation or opportunistic, taking advantage of the macro or micro immediate environment) we are then focused on originating suitable opportunities.
- JSLC provides all necessary supporting financial analysis (both IRR or traditional return driven) and any appraisals the client may require.
- JSLC then manage all parts of the transaction until the deal is complete.

- Commercial: office, Industrial, retail on an investment or development basis.
- Residential: land with or without consent, permitted development, mixed uses schemes, multi storey developments, PRS.
JSLC is very much London centric (Zones 1-6) in its geographic coverage.

We have substantial requirements to acquire strategic land or commercial buildings for the purpose of development and or planning gain for a number of alternative uses to include:
We focus on sourcing off market sites and acquisition of land and buildings with or without planning consent. Our main geographic being Zones 2-6 in Central London and the Home Counties ensuring exit values are not greater than £850 per sq.ft.
We work very closely with an in-house team of architects and planning advisors who are on hand to provide our clients with initial comment and direction, before moving on to more detailed advice as the project progresses.
We run development appraisals and feasibility studies to support our clients throughout the life cycle of the project. Through our long standing personal relationships, we have the ability, to forward sell residential apartments off plan.
Origination
Off market deal origination is a difficult objective to achieve in a highly competitive market place, it is an art not a science.
JSLC has a first class network of contacts and relationships through all areas of the land, property & construction sectors, from planners to architects and lawyers to agents.
